Jon Angevine

Usually the very first question I get asked is how I pronounce my last name – ‘Ann’ ‘Ju’ Vine’.

I was born in Calgary and am actually a fourth generation Calgarian which apparently these days is quite rare. I will be the first to admit that I don’t know everything about Calgary but I usually have someone that I know I can ask such as family or I do quite enjoy finding out things I don’t know about this city. And as my friends and family often point out I do you know some very trivial and obscure things about Calgary as well as other things. Always one for learning something new!

2010 will mark my sixth year in the real estate industry here in Calgary. I have enjoyed working with both sellers and buyers and unlike some other members of our industry I will continue to work with both. I feel that working with both buyers and sellers gives you a better perspective especially when it comes to the negotiations. Clients have ranged from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners and prices ranging from entry-level to luxury. One of the best parts of this industry is getting to work with great people.

I work full time in this business and take pride in knowing that I can and do make a living doing what I love to do.

One difference you will find when you work with me is that I focus on working for your best interests at all times with a non sales non pressure approach. I strive to be always be available for your questions or concerns. Communication and understanding the needs you have are an important part of the process.

I’m very easy to get along with and very down to earth. You will never hear me talk about my awards or flaunt my success in this business. It’s just not my style or personality.
